Cody
Dear Robert

"Cody " our Rhodesian Ridgeback was our "baby" - a gentle giant. He had dozen's of playmates over his lifetime and everyone, grownups and children alike loved him. It was so devestating to all when he passed away. He weighed approx 70 kilos and 33 inches at the shoulder. He was born in May 1996.

"Cody " started limping after a regular afternoon walk and thus promted us to see our vet on 19 January 2005. (Us thinking this was the onset of arthritis, as he was a very big dog. We were not to know that he had Osteosacoma (Bone Cancer) in his right back leg and it was further along than we knew. Our Vet "Peter" said he was not sure whether it had spread to the lymph nodes and he had 2 weeks to six months to live. This really devested us (my husband and I) us as we did not think that cancer would come to our baby.

But our thank's go to Dr McDowell's treatments which I know helped Cody over the few months he had left as he was not in any pain and had quality time being spoilt and loved by all. I recommend these treatments of Maritime Pine Bark and Ost support drops to any animal.

"Cody" was our companion, best mate and all around buddy to my husband and I and we were blessed to have him in our lives. He was loved by so many people.
